The FFXIV-Aether[NA] discord server was created with the hopes of bringing players together so that we can tackle various challenges and adventures of FFXIV together!

About

FFXIV-Aether[NA], or F-A[N], is a community stemming from the Aether player base, but open to any and all players of the NA datacenters wishing to partake in events and adventures with fellow Eorzeans!We are a chill and friendly group of WOLs that love helping out new players and meeting veterans of the game as well! This is a space to hang out, make friends, and become better players together!

Staff

Our community is run by a team of WOLs dedicated to helping you find your way about!
All staff members will show up on the top of the member list if they are online, so if you ever need any help, we're easy to find!The team is made up of:
The bright Light blue Primals, our enforcer. They understand our servers categories and rules like the back of their hands!
The light purple Moogles, helpful welcomers who know our servers ins and outs. The moogle icon at the end of their names helps find them as well!
Gold Mentors, who are keen to answer questions you may have about the game itself! They're also annotated by a crown icon in front of their name! You may ping this role if you are having a hard time getting answers to questions about the game! (Within reasonable frequency, of course)

Primal, Moogle, and Mentor

Shiva, aka Ruby, founded the server in 2020, and has been running it ever since. Always open to messages if ever there are any questions regarding the server, and loves watching the community grow and bonds form within it!The WoL

FC: The Adams FamilyA WoL that wants a bit of everything. Ruby can be found leveling alt jobs, running savage raids, trying to craft, or getting sucked into gpose!
She also runs a small Free Company, mostly intended as a hub for F-A[N] gathersings, and is also the primary host for F-A[N]events!The Gamer
FF may be the primary game, but Ruby still enjoys dabbling in a few others, particularly single player games heavy on story, and dabbles a bit on twitch. Having spent so much time on this discord, she's learned quite a bit on the ins and outs of the set up, and will spend some of her time helping friends with getting theirs down to a T.

A very old friend of Shiva's, preceding the server itself, and, as such, one of the very first to join!The WoL

FC: The Adams FamilyA near exact replica of Magnai, Tatsu is like a cameo of Eorzea. Sometimes he just...appears, but not very often, so it's special.
Betrothed to Ruby Zale, Tatsu is an archer that has followed her through several a battle, until the level gets too high. He stops following there.
He is an archer main that enjoys the story, is a big fan of Minfillia, and is an amazing friend to his FC mates. A bestie of besties.The Gamer
Bailey needs to go to bed. He knows it, I know it, you know it. When he isn't playing FF, and honestly even when he is, Bailey takes pride in letting Ruby know that he's ignoring his sleep and showing her just how much he needs it.
Also, Beef scares him now. If you know, you know.

RamuhYin

A long time member of the server, Vitus Yin.A knowledgeable omnicrafter and procicient Astrologian. Enjoys the calmer things in life.

Besides playing FF, Vitus is also very passionate about Pokemon and tabletop games, hosting his very own, made entirely from scratch, pokemon tabletop game, because he is crazy. As the omnicrafter hobby typically implies on its own. I'm pretty sure he doesn't sleep, and he may even photosynthesize.

Between her help in modding, chatting with members, and sharing her art, Titania is one of our most engaging members of the server.The WoL

FC: Lala Business TrustPanyuyu is a devilish lala that graced us with her precense when Mah'rey had to leave us for Materia. She comes packaged with friendly assistance, cute glams, and some pesky business.
She is skilled in all sorts, including, but not limited to: crafting, trails or raids, and some excellent gposing.The Gamer
When it comes to games, FF is indeed Titania's true love, but there is still a lot of love to go to Assassin's Creed. But even with the tempting call of Eorzea, nothing will pull her from her passion for arts and crafts. She is a maker and a painter who shares warmth through her hobbies. Not only does she draw some great stuff, but she's got an excellent comic line going, following her main (Mah'rey) through her experiences all the way from A Realm Reborn.

Prince dabbles in a fair few games, but his true passion is tech! He's always tinkering with something, whether it for his self made business, or just a personal project for funsies!
If there's a new gadget out there to try, he has to have it, and if there's something old and weathered, he has to fix it!
